Domaine La Bohème CC is a natural white wine crafted by Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau in the Auvergne region of France. This cuvée blends Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and a touch of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, sourced from various French vineyards, including their own plots on the Gergovie plateau, characterized by basalt soils. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, and the wine is aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks and casks, reflecting the winery’s minimal-intervention philosophy.
