Description
Domaine la Bohème Festejar! Rosé 2023 is a pétillant naturel rosé made from Pinot Noir and Gamay d’Auvergne grown on new vines rooted in basalt soils on the Plateau de Gergovie, in the Puy-de-Dôme department of Auvergne. Produced by Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau at Domaine la Bohème, the 2023 combines direct pressing with whole-cluster maceration, followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. Bottled using the méthode ancestrale to capture a natural sparkle, the wine is unfined, unfiltered, and made with no added sulfur. At 12.5% ABV, Domaine la Bohème Festejar! Rosé 2023 is drier and deeper in color than previous vintages.
