Description
Domaine la Bohème Lulu 2023 is a dry red wine made from 100% Gamay d’Auvergne by Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau at Domaine la Bohème in the Puy-de-Dôme. The grapes come from an 80-year-old parcel at Corent, planted on basalt at 490 metres on north-facing slopes, farmed biodynamically with animal traction. Whole-cluster maceration in sandstone amphorae with indigenous yeasts is followed by one year of aging in those same sandstone amphorae. Domaine la Bohème Lulu 2023 is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur at 13% ABV. Vin de France.
