Domaine La Bohème P d’A is a natural red wine crafted by Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau. This cuvée is made from 100% Pineau d’Aunis grapes sourced from Domaine Delobel in Touraine, Loire Valley. The grapes undergo a brief whole-bunch maceration, followed by spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, adhering to minimal-intervention principles. The resulting wine is light in color and body, yet rich in character, reflecting the unique qualities of the Pineau d’Aunis variety.
