100% Melon de Bourgogne (Muscadet).
Vines age of between 50-80 years, grown on gabbro soils (a type of granite). A complex, delicate bouquet with aromas of smoke, menthol, spring flowers, orchard fruits and spices, followed by a full to medium-bodied, textural and round palate with a racy spine of acidity and a lot of minerality that concludes fresh and saline.
