Description

Domaine Mada Furie is a natural red wine from the Languedoc region in southern France. The wine blends Carignan, Cinsault, and Grenache grapes from organically farmed vineyards. The region’s Mediterranean climate, characterized by warm days, cool nights, and diverse soils, contributes to the grapes’ optimal ripening and flavor development. In the cellar, the grapes undergo a maceration period of 12 days, allowing for the extraction of color, flavor, and tannins. Fermentation occurs naturally with indigenous yeasts; the wine is aged in barrels to enhance its complexity. No fining, filtering, no added sulfites.
