Description
Domaine Mada Rayon Rouge is crafted from 100% Syrah grapes grown near Gignac in Languedoc, France, on limestone subsoils. Winemaker Edouard Adam established Domaine Mada in 2016 at Mas Cambounet and farms without chemicals or additives. The Syrah is destemmed and undergoes seven-day maceration before aging ten months in barrels with minimal topping. Domaine Mada Rayon Rouge Syrah is produced without added sulfur, following Adam’s natural winemaking philosophy since 2019. The wine contains 12% alcohol and is bottled as Vin de France.
