Description
Domaine Matassa Olla Rouge is a natural wine from the Roussillon region in southern France, characterized by its hot, dry climate and diverse terroir. This natural red wine is a blend of 70% Grenache Noir, 10% Grenache Gris, and 20% Macabeu, sourced from old vines cultivated on clay and limestone soils. The grapes undergo semi-carbonic fermentation, with a 12-day maceration period on the skins, followed by nine months of aging in concrete tanks. Olla Rouge is produced without the addition of sulfur.
