Minimum Vine age of 50+ years. Granite slopes with a 40% incline (leading to its name “L’Enfer” or “Hell” for the difficult, manual harvesting. Red garnet with cherry tints. Intense aromas of red bramble fruit, ripe raspberries, cherries, and plums, with subtle floral (violet) and spicy notes (cinnamon, clove). Medium-bodied, fruity, and fleshy, with a silky texture. It features a, crisp acidity and a mineral-driven, persistent finish. Harvest is 100% manual due to the 40% steep slope. 13.5% ABV
