Description
100% Gamay
50-year-old Gamay vines sitting atop blue granite at 1800 feet elevation. Extreme sorting, whole cluster ferment, 50% stainless, 50% neutral demi-muid. On the nose, expressive red and black fruits with a hint of spicy. On the palate, silky tannins, refreshing acidity, loads of fresh just ripe fruit flavors. A real treat of a wine. Supple, silky, and medium-bodied with notes elderberry, plums, raspberry, and forest flor.
