Description
Les Temps des Aunis is made from 100% Pineau d’Aunis, naturally fermented with native yeasts and undergoes 10 days of maceration. It is aged for six months in stainless steel tanks. This cuvée reflects the terroir’s clay-limestone soils and benefits from the cool microclimate of the Thésée region. Pair with roasted pork with seasonal vegetables.
