Description
Domaine Tessier Sables is a Cour-Cheverny appellation wine made from 100% Romorantin grapes from 20-40 year old vines grown on sandy clay soils with silex over limestone bedrock. The certified organic estate produces this wine using traditional methods: hand harvest, vinification in stainless steel with native yeasts, and natural malolactic fermentation. The wine ages for 10 months in demi-muids followed by 5 months in cement tanks. Unfined, minimally filtered, with low sulfites. Domaine Tessier Sables Cour-Cheverny is an expression of Romorantin that showcases the unique terroir of the Loire Valley.
