Domini del Leone Pinot Grigio is an organic and biodynamic white wine from the Veneto region of northeastern Italy. Made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes grown near the Venetian Lagoon at Tenuta Civranetta, the vineyards benefit from Alpine-glacial soils and cooling sea breezes that enhance aromatic freshness. The grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel. No synthetic chemicals are used in the vineyard, and the wine is fined with bentonite, making it vegan-friendly. Aged on its lees for several months, it retains vibrant texture and purity.
