Description
Du Vin Aux Liens A L’Horizon Riesling is produced by Vanessa Letort in collaboration with Domaine Albert Hertz in Alsace, France. Sourced from 30-year-old vines rooted in Eguisheim’s clay-limestone soils with eastern exposure, the vineyard has been biodynamically farmed and certified by Demeter and Biodyvin since 2007. The grapes undergo direct pressing followed by fermentation and maturation for 12 months in oak barrels. The wine is bottled with minimal sulfur addition and no filtration, creating a dry and complex natural Riesling at 12% alcohol.
