Description

Du Vin Aux Liens Flow Pinot Noir is a collaboration between Vanessa Letort’s Du Vin Aux Liens and Domaine Loberger in Bergholtz, Alsace. This 100% Pinot Noir comes from 25-year-old vines cultivated organically and biodynamically on clay, limestone, and sandstone soils between Grand Cru sites Spiegel and Saering. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, with two weeks of skin maceration. Du Vin Aux Liens Flow Pinot Noir 2019 matures for ten months in stainless steel through spontaneous malolactic fermentation, without clarification, filtration, or added sulfites.
