Description
70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.
ESTABLISHED in 1930. Estate vineyards are located in Ambonnay, Verzenay and Bouzy, grand cru-rated villages on the Montagne de Reims. Soils blend chalk and limestone. Minimum 40 year old vine age. Hand-harvested. Fermented on indigenous yeasts I’m older French oak barrels. Aged for three years in bottle. Dosage 2 grams/L. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Aromas of blood orange, wildflowers, pomegranate jam. Creamy and full-bodied; red fruits, lemon zest, light spice. 12.5% ABV
