Encosta da Quinta, Quinta do Paço Flui Pet Nat is a white sparkling natural wine made from organic grapes grown in Óbidos, southwestern Portugal. Spontaneous fermentation, bottled unfiltered and unfined, no added sulfites. Fine bubbles for a zesty sparkler, pair with fish-based dishes.
