The Ephemera Merlot is like tasting the history of California winemaking in a glass. You can taste the intensity that comes from the sun exposure on grapes. We love that it is a perfect complement to almost any steakhouse offering. Try it with grilled meats, or with something a little spicy—the soft palate allows for pairing with well-seasoned dishes. Judges love it too! It took home a Gold medal at the 2018 Harvest Challenge.
