Ercole Bianco Monferrato DOC is produced by a cooperative of local growers in the Monferrato region of Piedmont, Italy. This white wine blends 80% Cortese, 15% Chardonnay, and 5% Sauvignon Blanc from vines aged 30 to 50 years old grown on sandy soils. The grapes are harvested in late August to early September and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness. Ercole Bianco Monferrato DOC follows sustainable farming practices under lotta integrata standards, with many growers certified organic, using only minimal copper and sulfur treatments. The wine is certified vegan and bottled in one-liter format.
