Description
Everything is Okay Amber is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from a new vineyard at Chance Creek in Redwood Valley. Certified CCOF organic, it’s grown five miles from the other Sauvignon Blanc used in the Frizzante. Initially intended for a blend, its unique character stood out, so it was left unaltered. Fermented to dryness with whole clusters and barrel-aged, it has notes of dried mango skin, tea, and a tropical mai tai essence.
