Everything is Okay Amber is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from a new vineyard at Chance Creek in Redwood Valley. Certified CCOF organic, it’s grown five miles from the other Sauvignon Blanc used in the Frizzante.
Everything is Okay Pink is made from 90% Sangiovese and 10% Colombard. For this special project, one ton of Sangiovese was fermented carbonically for a week, then topped off with direct-pressed Colombard.
Everything is Okay Red is crafted from a new vineyard in Sonoma, farmed by Les Lunes. This wine came to be through a friendship with Shaunt, Molly, and Diego, who share a passion for wine. The fruit is sourced from friends, making it a personal project.
