Description
Farnea Arietta Merlot is a natural red wine produced by Marco Buratti in the Colli Euganei National Park, Veneto. Made from 100% Merlot grapes grown organically in volcanic soils, this wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and macerates on skins for two to four weeks. After fermentation, it ages in neutral oak barrels for eight to eighteen months. Bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites, Arietta takes its name from the Italian word for “breeze,” referencing the cooling winds in the valley.
