Description
Farnea Emma is an orange wine from Marco Buratti’s Azienda Agricola Farnea in the Colli Euganei National Park, Veneto. This natural wine blends equal parts Moscato Giallo and Moscato Bianco from organically farmed vines grown in volcanic soils. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation and spend ten to fourteen days on skins before aging in concrete vats and neutral barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered without added sulfites, Emma showcases the aromatic character of Moscato while maintaining a completely dry profile through extended skin contact.
