Description
Farnea Mai Domi is a red wine from Colli Euganei in Veneto, crafted by natural winemaker Marco Buratti. The wine features Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grown in volcanic soils rich in minerals, trachyte, and basalt. The grapes ferment on their skins for one month before aging in large old oak barrels for eighteen months. Buratti uses minimal intervention techniques with no added sulfites, no fining, and no filtration. The volcanic terroir of these hills gives Farnea Mai Domi its distinctive mineral character and structure.
