Description
Farnea Rosato Anin is a natural rosé wine from Marco Buratti’s estate in the Colli Euganei National Park, Veneto. Made from 100% Merlot grapes grown on volcanic soils, the young vines are cultivated by hand without chemicals. The grapes undergo one night of skin contact before direct pressing to tank. The wine ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and ages for one year in old large oak barrels. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with no added sulfites
