Made with a light touch and a focus on drinkability, Force Celeste is a fresh, skin-contact Chenin Blanc from Paardeberg in the Swartland. Crafted by Johan “Stompie” Meyer at Platteklip Farm, this vintage includes both direct-press and skin-contact lots, all fermented and aged in concrete. Native ferment, no fining, no filtration, and only a tiny sulfur addition. Bright, clean, and quietly complex — this is natural Chenin at its most approachable.
