François Carillon, along with his father Louis, has been working with vines since 1988. His fascination with the vineyard and its environment has been a driving force in his winemaking process, placing utmost importance on the quality of ingredients used in the cellar. As a top-notch viticulturalist, François strongly believes that the quality of wine is ultimately determined in the vineyard, which we wholeheartedly agree with. The wine boasts pure red cherry aromas, a dense palate, and succulent raspberry fruit with a pleasing, precise finish.
