Vines average 20+ years old. Grapes undergo destemming and light crushing before spontaneous fermentation via pied-de-cuve with indigenous yeasts and approximately 10 days skin contact. Frank Cornelissen Susucaru Patos Catarratto 2022 ages in epoxy containers for around 10 months, then filters lightly before bottling. Alcohol sits at 11.5%, with annual production around 6,000 bottles.
