Description
Derived entirely from Chenin Blanc grapes grown on nine-year-old vines situated on white clay and sand-gravel soil within a single plot named “Rouillères,” this wine undergoes manual harvesting followed by fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks. It does not undergo malolactic fermentation. The wine presents aromas of exotic fruits and offers a soft, fresh palate.
