Description
Fetembulles is a celebratory pét-nat from natural wine master Jean-Pierre Robinot, made from organically farmed Chenin Blanc grown on clay and limestone soils in the Loir. True to its name (a play on “faites des bulles” — make bubbles!), this wine is a lively and joyous expression of Chenin, made with native yeast fermentation and bottled before primary fermentation finishes to trap natural CO₂. Unfined, unfiltered, and bottled with no sulfur, it’s a pure, untamed take on sparkling wine.
Zippy, vibrant, and just the right amount wild — it’s a Robinot wine through and through, with all the energy and soul that entails.
