This semi-sparkling wine is made from Nosiola, a native grape variety, using organic and biodynamic farming methods. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, followed by re-fermentation in the bottle, without added sulfur or Antico is characterized by its cloudy appearance due to being unfiltered, and it offers fresh, lively flavors with notes of citrus, apples, and herbs, along with a pleasant minerality.
