Furlani Rosato Frizzante is a tasty natural sparkling wine crafted by Cantina Furlani in the Trentino-Alto Adige region of Italy. Made using a blend of red and white grape varieties, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and re-fermentation in the bottle, a traditional method that gives it natural effervescence without added sulfites. This rosé pet-nat (pétillant naturel) is fresh and vibrant, with delicate bubbles and flavors of wild berries, citrus, and herbs. Lively acidity and a slightly cloudy appearance, as it is unfined and unfiltered. It pairs beautifully with light fare such as sushi, salads, or charcuterie.
