Description
G. D. Vajra Rosabella Rosato 2024 is a dry still rosé made from a blend of Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto sourced from younger organically farmed estate vines across the communes of Barolo, La Morra, Novello, and Serralunga d’Alba. The Nebbiolo component is vinified by saignée, with the Barbera and Dolcetto undergoing a brief skin contact before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at cool temperatures in stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation, preserving freshness and aromatic lift. G. D. Vajra Rosabella Rosato 2024 is bottled young on light lees. 12% ABV. Vino Rosato, Piemonte.
