Description
G.D. Vajra Dolcetto d’Alba DOC 2024 comes from organically farmed vines averaging 25 years old, planted at 400 meters elevation in the highest vineyards of Piedmont’s Barolo commune. Following local tradition, G.D. Vajra Dolcetto d’Alba DOC 2024 is hand-harvested from the estate’s best-exposed sites, where the altitude results in slow ripening. The grapes ferment for approximately 15 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, then rest briefly in steel before bottling to preserve pure varietal character. No oak is used, keeping the wine’s fruit and freshness intact.
