Gabrio Bini. These wines come from volcanic soils on the island of Pantelleria, made with zero additives and full of life.
Inside the duo:
Zibibbo 2022 – A dry, aromatic white with stone fruit, citrus, and a clean mineral edge. Light tannins, a cloudy texture, and a saline finish that feels like sea air.
Fanino Rosso 2022 – Bright cherry color, smooth texture, and flavors of blood orange, minerals, and spice. Co-fermented in clay jars using red and white grapes for months underground—pure, unfiltered, and unforgettable.
