Description
100% Barbera
12–14 months of aging in large Slavonian oak barrels or terracotta. It features intense ruby color, high acidity, and notes of black cherry and violet. The wine is produced via biodynamic farming on 40–90 year old vines near Roddi and fermented spontaneously. The color is deep purple with aromas reminiscent of black cherry, cassis and violet. On the palate it is warm, full-bodied and dense. 14% ABV
