Gérard Schueller’s Muscat d’Alsace is made from Muscat Blanc grown in Alsace on limestone and clay soils. The domaine practices biodynamic and natural winemaking, with no added sulfur, spontaneous fermentation, and aging on the lees. This natural approach enhances the wine’s purity and reflects Alsace’s unique terroir.
This Muscat is aromatic, with white flowers, peach, and lychee notes. It’s fresh and dry, with a vibrant acidity and a slightly mineral finish. Pair with spicy Asian dishes, seafood, or fresh salads. Its aromatic character also makes it ideal as an aperitif or paired with light desserts.
