Description
Gravner’s Ribolla Gialla is a natural orange wine crafted entirely from indigenous Ribolla Gialla grapes. The winemaking process begins with fermentation in subterranean Georgian amphorae, where the juice undergoes extended skin contact and spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, free from temperature regulation. Post-fermentation, the wine continues its journey with a five-month rest in amphorae, followed by a six-year maturation in large oak casks. It’s then bottled in its pure state, without fining or filtration.
