Description
Gulp Hablo Vamos is a unique red blend from Bodegas Parra Jiménez in Las Mesas, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. Crafted from 65% Tempranillo, 10% Monastrell, 5% Garnacha Tinta, plus small percentages of white varieties including Chardonnay, Verdejo, Viura, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling. Grapes are grown organically and biodynamically at 900 meters elevation on clay-limestone soils with alluvial deposits. Ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel preserves fresh fruit character. The wine is lightly filtered and bottled at 12% alcohol in one-liter format, certified organic by Sohiscert and biodynamic by Demeter.
