Description
Heinrich Orange NV is a biodynamic orange wine from Burgenland, Austria, produced by Weingut Heinrich. The blend consists of 35% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Blanc, 20% Pinot Gris, 10% Traminer, and 5% Muscat Ottonel sourced from vineyards on both sides of Lake Neusiedl. Grapes undergo two weeks of skin maceration followed by spontaneous fermentation in clay amphorae and large oak barrels. Heinrich Naked Orange Chardonnay ages 18 months on lees and is bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur additions.
