It has a drying finish, leaving a gentle smoky flavor and a mildly salty aftertaste – the result of 30 years aging in the Orkney sea spray. Natural color; dark red golden, clear and bright. Very rich on the nose, mature oak, chocolate and fudge. A full, rich burst of flavor; soft honey; nutty toffee. Rich, long finish and surprisingly sweet for its age.
