Most of the Sauvignon Blanc ferments slowly at low temperatures in stainless steel, capturing its vivid tropical and stone fruit character. To add texture and nuance, 10% is barrel-fermented in French oak, lending a soft roundness and delicate floral lift. A brief rest on fine lees enhances the wine’s silky mid-palate while maintaining its crisp, lively finish.

Vintage The 2024 vintage in Horse Heaven Hills was marked by cool morning temperatures that allowed for gentle, deliberate hand-harvesting at peak freshness. A long, temperate growing season gave the Sauvignon Blanc ample time to develop aromatic complexity while retaining vibrant acidity.
