This straight bourbon whiskey’s high-rye mash bill (52% Corn, 44% Rye, 4% Malted Barley) is reminiscent of those offered by Domenico Canale in 1866 when barrels of oak-aged spirits arrived by rail at our Huling Station warehouse in Memphis. We’re sure you’ll agree that this very small batch straight bourbon whiskey will set the bar small-batch straight bourbon whiskey will see the bar today just like the barrels that rolled into Huling Station did over 150 years ago.
