Il Ceo Orange Vespaiola Vespri is a natural orange wine crafted by Davide Andreatta in the Breganze hills of Veneto, Italy. Made exclusively from the indigenous Vespaiola grape, the wine reflects the region’s volcanic soils rich in basalt and marl. The grapes undergo a 24-hour maceration on the skins, followed by spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aging occurs over six months in old barriques, allowing Il Ceo Orange Vespaiola Vespri to develop complexity while maintaining its fresh character. Minimal sulfur is added at bottling, resulting in a wine that authentically expresses its terroir and varietal purity.
