Description
Il Farneto Frisant Bianco Pet-Nat 2024 is a naturally sparkling white wine made from 80% Spergola and 20% Sauvignon Blanc grown organically and biodynamically on Azienda Agricola Il Farneto’s 8-hectare estate in Castellarano, Province of Reggio Emilia, Emilia-Romagna. The vineyards sit at approximately 820 feet elevation between the hills of Scandiano and Canossa on sandy clay soils with limestone. Using the ancestral method with spontaneous fermentation by native yeasts, Il Farneto bottles the wine unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfite additions, preserving the natural effervescence that develops in bottle. 12% ABV.
