Imazio Nebbiolo Spanna 2019 is a dry red wine made from 100% Spanna — the local name for Nebbiolo in northern Piedmont — grown organically on clay, limestone, and volcanic soils in the Ghemme area of the Colline Novaresi. Produced by Azienda Agricola Imazio, the grapes undergo approximately one month of skin maceration before fermentation and aging in fiberglass vessels, with no added sulfur at any stage.
