Our South African Sauvignon Blanc has been shaped by the unique climate and landscape of the Western Cape. This New World white is bright with sweet and ripe tropical fruit flavors. Centered around the popular travel destination of Cape Town, this Southern Hemisphere wine region offers ideal conditions for grape growing. The Indian and Atlantic Oceans surround South Africa’s southern tip. These waters keep vineyards cool with the assistance of strong easterly winds. Our Sauvignon Blanc is harvested sustainably in four phases, capturing the “greener” fruit character from its early ripening stages and, later, the intense tropical fruit flavors that develop with more time spent on the vine.
