The winery says that in more than three decades of producing Seven Oaks Cabernet in Paso Robles, they have seen a handful of vintages that stand out from the rest, and the 2018 vintage joins the ranks of 1997, 2007, and 2013, showing an exceptional depth of color, fruit intensity, and finesse. We love the fresh fruit flavors, the mineral complexity, and the subtle notes of flowers and spice. It’s a complex wine worth savoring.
