Jambon & Tardieu Une Tranche is a red natural wine made from a blend of 55% Grenache, 35% Syrah, and 10% Mourvedre grown in Vaison-la-Romaine, Rhone Valley, France. Partial whole-cluster fermentation, minimal So2 at bottling. Medium-bodied red wine, crunchy palate with cherry and black pepper on the nose.

Une Tranche is a collaboration between two great French natural winemakers, Philippe Jambon and Denis Tardieu. The grapes used in this wine are from Denis Tardieu estate Vaison-la-Romaine, Rhone Valley, France.
