The cacao is sourced from Rupa-Rupa in Peru’s Upper Amazon region, where the beans undergo a meticulous process: 7 days of fermentation, 7 days of drying, and a medium roast to bring out their rich flavor.
Beyond exceptional taste, jcoco ensures fair compensation for farmers and donates 10% of net profits to provide additional support for cacao farming communities.
